Michael has been a member of the organization since 2018 and joined the board in 2019. He previously served on the Membership team.

Chairman of the Board

Yvette Spears joined the Winston-Salem Jaycees in May of 2013. Since joining the organization she has served on both the local and state board in areas of Community Service and Engagement. Some of her favorite projects have been Walk A Mile in Her Shoes with Family Services Inc., the Holiday Parade, Nothing But Nets, and Christmas Cheer. She received undergraduate degrees in both Psychology and Child & Family Development at the University of Georgia. She received her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Appalachian State University. She enjoys opportunities to learn and explore the world around her whenever possible. She appreciates the Jaycees for providing an outlet to personally develop as a leader and giveback to the community she lives in.

Chris Lineberry joined the Winston-Salem Jaycees in February of 2015. Since he joined this organization, he has witnessed countless opportunities to better serve the city, from school sponsorship, to helping impoverished kids with their holiday wishes. The Jaycees have helped him to vastly expand his skill sets, as well as encourage him to become a mentor in his own right. Chris has been the Membership Recruitment Director and Operations Vice-President and is serving now as the Treasurer Chris has earned a Business Administration Degree from Forsyth Tech. While attending, he also minored in Marketing. He has experience in printing, finances, customer service, marketing, and business networking. Chris' life is best described as “jack-of-all trades, master-of-none”.

Missy Hunter joined the chapter in November 2014 to meet new people and gain better leadership skills. She is excited to be on the Board as a way to further my leadership skills and help others with their leadership skills. She graduated from East Carolina University's Distance Education Program with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.

Taylor Furgalack joined the Winston-Salem Jaycees in 2018 to meet new people and give back to the local community. Her favorite Jaycees event is the Christmas Cheer because she gets to shop for Christmas presents with local children who really need some extra cheer during the holiday season. Taylor graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a BA in Supply Chain management and currently works as a Fleet Operations Manager for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. In her free time, Taylor loves to hike, read, go out with friends, and watch movies on Netflix.
