The Foundation was chartered to specifically benefit Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Duke Comprehensive Cancer Center, the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center, the North Carolina Boys and Girls Home, Inc, and the Christmas Cheer Fund for underprivileged children.

The scope of the foundation has changed as projects were added or adjusted. As the Jaycees and the community have changed over years, the Foundation has maintained its mission to assist the Winston-Salem Jaycees in their community fundraising and distribution.
