Old Salem is located south of downtown Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Brown highway signs from Interstate 40 and US Highway 52 in Winston-Salem will help you to find Old Salem from the Stadium Drive exit.
FROM HWY-52 NORTHBOUND or SOUTHBOUND
– Take exit 108C to Stadium Drive/Rams Drive
– Follow the brown signs
– Top of ramp turn right onto Stadium Drive/Rams Drive
– At stoplight turn left onto Salem Avenue
– Follow Salem Avenue to the traffic circle
– Enter traffic circle and take first right onto Old Salem Road
– Go under wooden pedestrian bridge
– take the 3rd Right onto Academy Street (there is a streetlight there).
– the Single Brothers Workshop entrance is on Academy Street between Salt St. and Main St. (parking is available on the street)
FROM I-40 EASTBOUND or WESTBOUND
– Take exit 193B for HWY-52
– Take exit 108C to Stadium Drive/Rams Drive and follow above directions
FROM BUS-40 EASTBOUND
– Take exit #6B onto HWY-52
– Take exit 108C to Stadium Drive/Rams Drive and follow above directions
OR take exit #5D – brown sign for Old Salem
– Take right fork onto Liberty Street which becomes Old Salem Road
– take a Left at the Academy Street stoplight
– the Single Brothers Workshop entrance is on Academy Street between Salt St. and Main St. (parking is available on the street)
FROM BUS-40 WESTBOUND
– Take exit #6A onto HWY-52
– Take exit 108C to Stadium Drive/Rams Drive and follow above directions
OR take exit #5D for Main Street/1st Street
– At top of ramp immediately get into the left lane
– At light turn left onto First Street
– At next light turn left onto Liberty Street which becomes Old Salem Road
– Follow directions above for BUS-40 Eastbound
