Dinner with a VIP – Chief of Police
April 10 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm$3
Join us for Dinner with a VIP! We are honored to have Winston-Salem Chief of Police Catrina Thompson as our honored guest. Mrs. Thompson was sworn in as the Chief of Police in 2017. She has served 24 years with the Forsyth County Police Department, previously serving as the assistant chief in charge of investigative services. Mrs. Thompson is one of six African-American female police chiefs in the state of North Carolina. Winston-Salem is lucky and proud to have such a distinguished leader heading up our police force.
On April 10th, we will gather for dinner and discussion with our guest of honor. In order to keep this event intimate and to give everyone an opportunity to talk to the VIP, we are limiting the event to 15 people.
Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks at the event and there is also a $3 per person fee to help cover the VIP’s dinner and to present her with a gift of appreciation for taking the time to meet with us.
Cost: $3 fee to reserve space, attendees are responsible for their own food/beverage during this event
RSVP: Please email [email protected] to reserve your space. This will be first come, first serve. Deadline for RSVP is 4/3/2019. The event will start at 6PM and the Chief of Police will join us at 6:30PM.
How to pay: instructions will be sent via email after you rsvp.
This event is open to current Winston-Salem Jaycees members. If you are not a member but would like to go, you can always join the Jaycees or reactivate your membership to ensure a seat.
