New Years Resolution Attack Plan with the Jaycees

It’s that time of year when many people look forward to a fresh start in life and resolve to improve their health. However, the problem with the start of a new year is that most good intentions are often derailed within a few weeks. This is often due to a lack of support and proper planning.  Sharing your New Year Resolution with a group of supporting peers will greatly improve your success.  We will discuss adjusting your goals to make them SMART goals. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely)  Come out and learn how to get on track and most importantly, STAY on track.
