Walk A Mile In Her Shoes 2014

We will create a team of men and fundraise for the Walk A Mile In Her Shoes event, an event that men will put on a pair of high heeled shoes and walk one mile. The event will be held on Saturday, 10/11/2014 at Merschel Plaza in downtown Winston-Salem. Registration begins at 11:00am and the walk at Noon.

Our Team goal is to recruit at least 10 men! Women are encouraged to participate in order to cheer on our supporters.

Walk A Mile In Her Shoes is an international men’s march to raise awareness about rape, sexual assault, and gender violence, as well as highlight the role that men play in creating a solution. Register online at www.walkamiletriad.org and click “Walker Registration”. The fee is $25.00 and $15.00 for students.
