The Winston-Salem Jaycees is a leadership development organization for men and women ages 21–40. We offer many opportunities to develop leadership skills, both formal and informal.
Formal leadership opportunities may range from trainings and seminars on topics such as public speaking and event planning
Informal opportunities to broaden leadership skills include participation in the planning efforts of one of many projects such as the annual holiday parade in downtown Winston-Salem.
