When will letters be delivered?
We expect all letters will be arriving from the North Pole the week before Christmas.

When is the deadline to order a letter?
To ensure that the letters are received in time, be sure to have your application(s) submitted to the Winston-Salem Jaycees no later than Friday, November 30th, 2018.

If there is more than 1 child per household, will each receive their own letter?
Yes! Santa will write a letter to each good boy and girl and each child will receive their letter in their own addressed envelope.

Can I order a letter for someone other than a child?
Certainly! The Magic of Christmas doesn’t have to stop after you grow up. We encourage you to order letters for adults and even for pets!

Can I pay for multiple letters at the same time?
You can pay for up to 5 letters at a time! Click here to go to our “Payments” page. When you submit your letter requests: (1) choose “pay by check”, (2) then in the “comments” let us know you paid for this letter via the payments page (do this for each letter). We’ll reach out if we have any questions about your payment.

NOTE – if you are ordering letters for delivery outside of the USA, please pay for each letter individually (using the electronic order form) so we can make sure the international mailing fee is included correctly.

What does the money benefit?
All money benefits the Winston-Salem Jaycees so they can continue serving the community and fostering leadership skills for young professionals.

How long have the Jaycees been doing this?
2010 was the first year since the 1960’s and 1970’s.
