We are the Cure for the Common Social Life
The greatest friendships develop in our organization. Whether we meet for drinks and dinner, go kayaking and hiking or catch a movie or a ballgame, this is a good group of people to do it with. From picnicking to black-tie dinners there is something for everyone.

Many local organizations offer ways to get involved in Winston-Salem’s social scene, but the Winston-Salem Jaycees prides itself on offering a wide variety of social events. From leadership development to After Work Socials – we’re sure to have what you’re looking for. Social networking – or socializing just for the sake of socializing – heightens the Jaycees membership experience. We have PLENTY of events year round to help you have fun and continue networking with other local young professionals!

Ongoing Projects:

Open House: This event helps you familiarize yourself with the Jaycees as an organization and meet some of the current Board of Directors members.

Membership Meeting: Members of the Winston-Salem Jaycees meet monthly at a casual gathering to hear about upcoming events and learn a new leadership or professional skill. From open debate to stress-management, you’re sure to learn something new!

Committee Meeting: Current members and interested members are invited to check our calendar listings for upcoming committee meetings. Many Jaycees projects are run by committee, so by joining a committee you are able to socialize with other young leaders and help plan and organize an upcoming event.
