Leadership Development Seminar

The Winston-Salem Jaycees are hosting a Leadership Development Conference. This is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.

Mary Dorsett-Roberts will be presenting during 3 sessions and leading a team building activity.

Schedule:
9:00am – 9:15am – Check in and enjoy refreshments
9:15am – 10:00am – Session 1: Taking Control of Your Schedule – the importance of owning and protecting your time.
Break
10:15am – 11:00am – Session 2: Understanding Your Audience – get to know your audience, this will aid in better and more effective communication in all walks of life.
Break
11:15am – 12:00pm – Session 3: Turning Mistakes into Success – lessons can be learned after making a mistake, this can pave the way on our road to success.
12:00pm – 12:30pm Team Building activity: “I think I can… but I know we can!”
